We are seeking a Regional Resident Care Director (must be a licensed RN) to join our team

The Regional Resident Care Director reports to the Director of Quality and Administrative operations and is responsible for: supporting turnaround of the Rockridge campus in Northampton, MA, coordinating staff development programs based on Local, Federal, State, and National guidelines; assessing learning needs across the organization; directing educational needs, planning and implementing instructional programs to meet those needs; providing oversight for the Continuous Quality Improvement program, create, oversee and train systems related to care delivery customer service quality of life and efficiency in assisted living setting and provide clinical support as interim RCD for Deaconess Communities

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in preparation for Registered Nurse license.
• CPR Instructor Certification preferred.
• CNA Certification Training course Instructor preferred.
• Must be an RN licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing.

Experience:

• 3+ years* Assisted Living* clinical experience required (Memory Care and Traditional)
• 1-3 years Education experience required
